Niagara

a wonder of the world...
The little big town.

After six weeks in five cities I think visiting Niagara was a great escape. I spent every night in a different area around the city and I loved how diverse it was. The educators were fantastic and really dedicated which makes my work more fun. They helped me find some of the really spectacular restaurants that are off the beaten track and showed me a great time.

There is a nice pace in this area not unlike Maine or New Hampshire and it was fun living with the Falls everyday (the natural beauty and wonder of the waterfall doesn't run out). There are some fun alternative things to do and a some nightlife for a change of pace. They also have an airbase that almost led me to drive off the road (I've never had a jet fly a few hundred feet above the car while I was driving before- I thought it was a bird at first).

I think the area is still in transition but the people are great and there are plenty of cool things to keep you occupied. I'm interested to see how it transforms in the coming years.
