San Francisco the cloudy city

Crabs and Crepes.

And then there is the food...and oh, what food! San Francisco is a culinary delight for any palate. I love the sausages and garlic fries at the ballpark just as much as the crab cakes at the art museum and the price is right for all of it. The wharf area has some terrific and historic restaurants where a number of famous drinks were invented and the site of the former Ghirardelli factory is also a great spot for dining.

There are some excellently fattening delights in fisherman's wharf (see that girl smiling as the chef was preparing my chocolate sugar crepe) and you can work the calories off walking back downtown where they have a number of four-star restaurants. For my money the seafood is the way to go in San Fran and you can't walk five blocks without a decent seafood spot. I suggest Little Italy for some great calamari or the wharf for a crab roll.
